Design & Renovation
Renovation and improvement, planned with care.
From a kitchen refresh to a larger renovation, projects go more smoothly with a clear plan, a realistic schedule and one person helping keep it all on track.

How a project runs
I have renovated and managed many homes, so I like to look at the whole picture first: what the work may cost, how long it may take and what it can do for the home.
Scope
We walk the property and agree on what is worth doing.
Plan
A clear budget and schedule before any work starts.
Do the work
The work is coordinated with trusted professionals and checked along the way.
Finish
A final walk-through and a home that is ready to use.
Design, made simple
Choosing finishes is half the job. I help you pull the choices together so the finished home feels cohesive and works for the people who live in it.
- Layout and flow
- Finishes, materials and colors
- Lighting and details
- Making good choices within a budget
Good to know
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. We agree on a schedule before work starts and talk through changes as they come up.
How do you handle the budget?
You get a clear budget up front. If something changes along the way, we talk about it before it happens.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
For smaller projects, often yes. For larger ones we plan around it together.
Do you help choose finishes?
Yes. Layouts, materials and colors are part of the conversation from the start.
Planning a project?
Tell me about it and we will talk through scope, timing and budget.
