The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. Nothing you type into the contact or feedback form is sent anywhere until you send it yourself from your own email app. If you email me, I read it and reply.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Dale LaValley in Georgia, United States. For any question about this policy, or to ask what information is held about you, write to [email protected].

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics and no third-party scripts, so there is nothing here that follows you to other websites or builds a profile of you. There is no advertising network, no pixel and no tracking tag.

What the host sees

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your network address and the ordinary details of your request in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare acts as the hosting provider for this site, and its own policies govern what it does with that technical data.

The contact and feedback forms

These are worth explaining, because they do not work the way most web forms do. Nothing you type is transmitted to this site or to any form service. When you press send, the page simply opens a new message in your own email app, already addressed, with what you typed in the body. Nothing leaves your device until you send that message yourself, and you can edit or discard it first.

When you do send it, it arrives in my email inbox like any other email. I keep it as long as I need it to deal with what you asked about and to have a record of the conversation. If you would rather I delete it, ask and I will.

I do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted me, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

What this site does not do

There is nothing to buy here, no payment is taken, and there is no account to create and no login. No information about you is used for advertising.

Links to other places

This site links to Instagram and to AtlDaleGo. Once you follow a link to a site I do not run, that site's own policy applies instead of this one.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to [email protected] and I will respond. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, and I will honor those.

Children

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
