Areas we cover

Where I work.

Southern MANA covers metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties. These are the areas I am asked about most.

I have written a page for a couple of them because the homes, the renters and the problems are genuinely different from one part of town to another. What works in a 1980s subdivision is not what works in a townhome five minutes from the interstate.

Areas with their own page

Vinings

Townhomes, condos and single family close to the river and the interstate, with renters who want a short commute.

East Cobb

Established single family subdivisions, longer tenancies, and homes that are often one kitchen away from a much better rent.

Everywhere else

Not having a page does not mean I do not work there. Marietta, Mableton, Austell, Powder Springs, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Roswell, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur and the rest of metro Atlanta are all within what I cover, along with the surrounding counties.

If your property is further out than that, ask anyway. I would rather tell you honestly that it is too far for me to look after properly than take it on and do it badly.
